Job Description:

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

Sunday Start: 2:00pm

Monday-Thursday Start: 5:00pm

Job Description :

The Billing Representative position will perform the following duties:

Performs a variety of clerical duties related to customer orders and invoices
Reviews customer orders for accuracy using computerized inventory control methods
Completes data entry into the computer system
Verifies orders and reroutes loads as needed
Operates the Electric Pallet Jack; locates product that may have been misplaced
Printing out labels, filing
Runs excel reports
Loads outbound/loads outside drivers

Qualifications:

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.

6+ months of Warehouse experience

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Preferred qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6 moths - 1 year warehouse and/or distribution work experience using a motorized pallet jack

Foodservice distribution or related industry experience

Motorized pallet jack certified
