The Senior Warehouse Representative position will perform the following duties:
The Sr. Warehouse Coordinator ensures efficient warehouse operations by managing invoicing, supporting APT reporting and maintenance, and assisting with daily tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration with staff and management
Process all invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Regularly monitor shorts in FoodStar and allocate them promptly when available.
Select short runner batches as time permits to support efficient order fulfillment.
Physically verify pick slots and promptly report discrepancies to management for investigation.
After processing invoices, inspect trailers for secure loads, close them, and release from the dock.
Submit the previous day's APT reports to supervisors before each shift begins.
Maintain and update APT data during the shift to ensure accurate performance tracking.
Track associate attendance and maintain accurate records.
Work with team members and management to resolve operational issues as they arise.
Maintain safety and compliance standards at all times in the warehouse.
Execute tasks and projects as directed by management and leadership
May be assigned other tasks associated with the warehouse operation as needed.

High School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with inventory management and warehouse software systems, such as AS400, APT, SAE, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to lift and move items as required for warehouse tasks.EEO Statement:
