• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations.• Minimum of 5 years managing and leading/supervising a team of 50+ associates, including operational workflows.• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proven experience meeting KPI metrics, optimizing workflow, process improvement & efficiency, managing budgets and driving team performance to meet company goals.• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.• Experience of all warehouse phases within foodservice distribution, wholesale, retail, or convenience store supply chains industry.• Experience managing or supporting operational budgets or P&L responsibilities.• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation systems, and operational analytics.• OSHA Forklift operator certificate and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.EEO Statement:
