Required Education: Bachelor's Degree - Business or related fieldWork Experience: 5 - 7 Years - Related experience6 Months - 1 Year: Supervisory or management experienceRequired Qualifications• Significant experience in customer service, including supervisory or managerial roles, is essential.• Exceptional communication skills.• Ability to motivate and guide the customer service team.• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills to handle complex customer complaints and inquiries.Preferred qualifications:
