Position Summary:
The in office Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering professional and timely support to customers, vendors and co-workers regarding orders, current delivery status, product availability, and general account inquiries regarding the company. This role ensures accurate order processing, issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction as their distributor. This rep will need to solve customer problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where standardization exists.Key Responsibilities:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience and 6-12 months in customer service, call center and / or related area.Preferred qualifications:
