Position Purpose:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs general electrical and/or repairs of various equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine the maintenance work required. They keep our associates safe by maintaining all equipment inside the warehouses/buildings and ensuring it meets industry standards and operates efficiently according to its specific tasks. • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent • 1 year of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience; and demonstrated expertise in the following areas:- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) -- AC & DC Servo drives- Variable frequency drives (VFDs)• Proficient in both electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance is a MUSTPreferred qualifications:
• Two-year college or technical school; and/or Three (3) or more years of mechanical/electrical experience; and demonstrated expertise in the following areas:- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Programming- AC & DC Servo drives- Variable frequency drives (VFDs)• Proficient in both electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance is a MUST• 2 years building/equipment maintenance experience in warehouse environment• 1+ years of Conveyor repairs, installation, preventive maintenance.• Certifications: OSHA Forklift operator certificate; HVAC certification; welding certification, electrical certification.EEO Statement:
