High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience2-4 years Foodservice production experience including thorough knowledge of the production process and warehousing methods.•2+ years of leadership experience in protein or food manufacturing•Experience in a USDA-inspected facility (beef preferred)•Advanced SAP operational knowledge (production and inventory)2+ years' experience in Meat Processing & Portion Control2+ years' experience in SAP & production reportingPreferred qualifications:
