Position Overview
The Senior HRIS Analyst on the Core and Continuous Improvement team is a key individual contributor who supports and optimizes HR technology solutions while partnering closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and other business stakeholders. This role provides advanced technical and functional expertise across core HR systems, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learnings systems, including iCIMS, UKG performance management, UKG learning systems, and all third‑party learning and talent management platforms.
This position plays an important role in identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and support scalable solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Core and Continuous Improvement solutions.
  • Provide advanced functional and technical support for HR technology platforms, including iCIMS, UKG Learning, and UKG Performance Management, ensuring systems operate effectively and reliably within established configurations.
  • Independently resolve moderately complex iCIMS, UKG Learning, and UKG Performance Management system issues and configuration requests by applying judgment, analysis, and established best practices.
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve Recruiting and onboarding, Learning Management, and Talent/Performance Management business processes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Configure, maintain, and update system components (e.g., job templates, requisitions, learning assignments, performance forms) in alignment with defined standards and functional guidance partnership with direction from functional area leaders.
  • Acts as a consultative partner on system design, capabilities, and processes to align technical solutions with the business needs.
  • Develop and deliver iCIMS HR Recruiting and Onboarding reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows and continuously evaluate opportunities to make improvements.
  • Assist field HR, Talent Management, and Learning & Development teams in leveraging system capabilities to support training initiatives, including understanding how to create, manually assign, auto-assign content, reporting capabilities, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor vendor platforms for Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning, and Talent/Performance Management updates, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Support AI and automation improvement initiatives across the HR ecosystem that interrelates to Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning Management, and Talent Management processes.
  • Maintain system security and user access controls.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or workforce management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software, specifically UKG and iCIMS
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service mindset

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in HRIS or related fields (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
