Sales Support Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

The sales support administrator will provide support to the Sales teams and liaise with the Procurement team
Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Six months to One year sales support experience

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's or equivalent work experience

One to three years sales support and purchasing experience

Data entry, documentation and credit experience

Strong financial and/or mathematical background
