Position Purpose:
As the Sales Manager, you report to the OpCo Sales Director and will be responsible for hiring, training and managing a sales team. Leading this team driving strategic same store sales growth through educating customers on category management opportunities, foodservice programs and business solutions. A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated the ability to lead a team of selling consultants achieving customer and sales growth objectives.

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent is required.• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience including business development and account management.• 2+ years of leadership experience leading and developing teams of >10 associates• Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license, current auto insurance with a clean driving record.Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.• Experience in food service, wholesale, grocery, or retail convenience industries is highly preferred.• Experience with CRM platforms - SalesForce, SAPEEO Statement:
