High School Diploma or Equivalent4-6 years Human Resources generalist experience with three (3) years in recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt associates and at least one (1) year processing payroll. Current and thorough knowledge of employment law.Proficiency with HRIS and Payroll software.Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.High degree of confidentiality and discretion.Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding and Training.High level of detail orientation and accuracy.Extremely well organized with excellent time management.Excellent analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Team oriented with strong internal motivation, agility, accountability and resilience.Results oriented.Creative.Empathetic.Excellent listening skills.Preferred qualifications:
