Job Description:

Position Details:

Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Can vary Monday through Saturday) Sundays Off
Time: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift)
Salary Range: From $18 to $30 per hour based on experience

The Fish Cutter position will perform the following duties:

Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications.

Monitors quality control and sanitation.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1+ years of fish cutting experience
