Job Description
Job Description: Serve as the point of contact for our Performance Food Services (PFS)Field Operations Leaders for our Mountain Manufacturing products. The position is responsible for developing relationships, working with operating companies to resolve any customer issues and working with leadership on both short- and long-term growth strategies. The position also leads new product rollouts and portfolio optimization for our food service segment. Functions as at team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Create specific, measurable growth strategies for all Mountain Manufacturing products across PFS channels.
    • Engage with Field Sales Leaders to map products and pricing to the unique segments.
    • Work with marketing to develop, implement and track targeted campaigns.
      • Develop customer rebates and marketing programs to support key accounts while maximizing profitability.
      • Develop Mountain Manufacturing Champion Program with key specialists at each Opco, leveraging Brand Champions to train and ride-along on key customer pitches and business reviews.
    • Work with marketing to develop materials for the PFS channel for each product line that include:
      • Sell sheets, qualification guidance, case studies and roll out decks.
    • Set up and manage the sampling program for each MMD entity within PFS.
    • Manage PFS event attendance - prioritizing key initiatives and synthesizing booth presence and pricing programs.
    • Leverage Meal Ticket fluently to drive marketing insights into PFS sales and opportunities.
    • Support Key PFS National accounts with product development and innovation pitches.
    • Recommend distribution structures (PFA/Direct), oversee item set up and PFS inventory management, and manage PFS/Syndigo uploads and ensure data remains accurate.
    • Track case counts and monitor sales performance - reporting back on what's working and what's not. Write best practice case studies and present them to key stakeholders across PFS.
    • Serve as first POC for PFS Opco leaders, attend PFS leadership events and present regularly on procurement calls.
    • Collaboratively work with production and field sales to optimize portfolios, rationalize sku's, and commercialize to strategic opportunities.
    Required Qualifications
    Bachelors - Sales, Business or related area.
    7-9 years of relevant professional experience.
    Previous experience with Performance Food Service, Vistar or Core-Mark.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Bachelors - Sales, business or related area
    10 Years + relevant professional experience.
    Sales, marketing or related area within foodservice industry.
